Trainer’s Workshop
The aim of the workshop is to provide a basic understanding of the operation
of the electronic remote trainer and its application as a training and behavior modification ‘tool’. There will
be emphasis on the humane practical use of the remote trainer, its introduction
and application. TheWorkshop structure below is a guideline and course participants specific questions and needs can change
the emphasis of learning required and time allocation for the different aspects to be demonstrated and discussed.
This will be a highly practical as well as theoretical course where hands on training of different dogs will feature using the
e-collar as an integral and essential part of the training process.
Successful completion of the workshop will result in a Certificate
in Basic E-collar Training being awarded
